We're hiring: Sales Operations Resolution Team (SORT) Manager
In this role, you'll lead a dynamic team responsible for resolving critical operational issues, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across multiple business segments, includingWorldwide Sales, Customer Success Management, Field Sales,



and Digital Sales.
What you'll do:
✅ Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team using a train-the-trainer approach.
✅ Drive operational excellence by overseeing approximately1,000 customer cases per month.
✅ Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex customer and operational challenges.
✅ Build action plans, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely issue resolution.
✅ Serve as the key point of contact between Sales, Operations, and customers.
✅ Support strategic initiatives, includingNetwork 2.0 rollouts.
We're looking for professionals with:
✔️ Bachelor's degree.
✔️6+ yearsof experience inCustomer Experience, Sales Support, or Operations
