$7.00/hr - $9.00/hrWe are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedReal Estate Video Editorto work alongside our video production team in creating high-quality real estate videos.
You will be responsible for editing video footage to create captivating, polished videos that highlight the best aspects of real estate properties.Working Hours:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PSTKey Responsibilities:Edit real estate video footage using Adobe Premiere or Da Vinci Resolve, ensuring a polished and professional final productWork with our video team to curate and organize raw footage for efficient workflowsPerform color grading for both exterior and interior property shots to ensure visual consistency and appealIncorporate music effectively to enhance the emotional impact of videos, matching the tone and style of the properties being showcasedUtilize After Effects or Fusion to add motion graphics, animations, and other visual enhancements when neededEnsure video content aligns with the client's branding and marketing goalsEdit in an array of styles ranging from elegant and formal to edgy and social-friendlyMeet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality in all video projectsCollaborate remotely with the video team and maintain regular communication for project updatesQualifications:Fluent in English – both written and verbal, with excellent communication skillsExpert in Adobe Premiere – extensive experience in editing, trimming,



and arranging video footageWorking knowledge of Da Vinci Resolve – proficient in color grading and color correctionWorking knowledge of After Effects or Fusion – able to add motion graphics, titles, and animations to enhance videosStrong file curation skills – able to manage, organize, and archive raw and edited footage efficientlyExceptional understanding of music incorporation – skilled at selecting and syncing music that complements the mood and message of the videoStrong color grading skills – capable of producing visually appealing videos for both interiors and exteriorsStrong audio mixing skills blending music, voice, and sound effectsExperience in real estate video creation – understanding the unique aspects of showcasing properties through videoAbility to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with a teamStrong attention to detail and creativity in delivering high-quality video contentFast internet connection required for downloading and uploading large assets quicklyPreferred:Experience with real estate marketing or production companiesExperience with Da Vinci Resolve for advanced color correction and grading tasksA portfolio of real estate video projects demonstrating skills and creativityPlease provide a resume (link or PDF) and link to a portfolio of your editing work (real estate strongly preferred).
