We are looking for aSolutions Architect Managerto drive the greenfield implementation and ongoing evolution of our SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud and SAP Success Factors ecosystem.
Working closely with our delivery partners, you will co-lead the SAP Design Authority and ensure a scalable, secure, and integrated Finance/HR technology landscape aligned with the Group IT Strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead ERP Strategy: Guide the functional and technical architecture from greenfield implementation to a stable, production-ready environment.Governance & Design Authority: Co-lead the SAP Design Authority to oversee delivery partners, integration patterns (SAP BTP, AWS/Azure), and solution deployment.Roadmaps & Standards: Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define future-state architecture, application roadmaps,



and alignment with Group standards.Domain Subject Matter Expert: Act as the primary advisor for Finance and HR systems, ensuring high performance, security, and continuous improvement.RequirementsExperience:5+ years in architecture/design roles, with experience in international enterprise environments.Technical Expertise:Strong background in SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud, Success Factors, SAP BTP, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Architecture & Delivery:Proven knowledge of end-to-end architecture, change management, and project lifecycles.Education & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; fluent English; strong leadership skills in matrix organizations.What We Offer:Attractive salary.Benefits above the lawMobility allowance.
