We are seeking a highly motivatedAuto Claims Specialist – Subrogationwith experience in auto claims to support recovery efforts on property damage (PD) files.
This role is responsible for proactively pursuing reimbursement from third‐party carriers, negotiating settlements, and driving claims to resolution through persistent follow‐up and escalation when necessary.
The adecuado candidate thrives in an outbound, high‐volume environment and is comfortable navigating complex claims scenarios, challenging low settlement offers, and taking strategic action when carriers are unresponsive.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOutbound Recovery EffortsInitiate and manage high-volume outbound calls and communications to third‐party insurance carriersPursue reimbursement on auto property damage subrogation claimsMaintain consistent follow‐ups to drive timely claim resolutionSettlement Review & NegotiationAnalyze and scrutinize third‐party property damage settlement offersIdentify discrepancies, undervaluation, or unsupported denialsNegotiate effectively to maximize recovery outcomesClaims Strategy & EscalationIdentify stalled or unresponsive claims and take appropriate escalation actionsFile complaints with Departments of Insurance (DOIs) when necessaryCoordinate legal escalation steps, including demand packages or litigation referrals where applicableDocumentation & Case ManagementMaintain detailed and accurate claim notes, communication logs, and recovery status updatesEnsure all files are handled in accordance with internal processes and compliance requirementsQualifications Required2+ years of Auto Claims Specialist – Subrogation,



specifically focused on property damage (PD)Proven experience handling outbound subrogation or recovery callsFamiliarity with U. S. auto insurance claims and subrogation practicesFluent in English (required)Spanish proficiency strongly preferredSkills And AbilitiesStrong understanding of liability, negligence, and comparative fault conceptsExperience reviewing estimates, total loss valuations, and settlement breakdownsProficiency in claims management systems and spreadsheetsStrong negotiation and persuasion skillsPersistence and resilience in dealing with unresponsive or difficult carriersAnalytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to prioritize and manage a high-volume workloadSalary
