We are seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Director of Rooms to lead our Rooms Division and inspire a culture of excellence, genuine hospitality, and continuous improvement.
In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Services, PBX, and Laundry operations, ensuring every guest journey reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and the successful execution of Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, and Rosewood standards.
What you will bring Proven leadership experience in Rooms Division within a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel environment.




Strong operational and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and cost control.
Experience leading, developing, and inspiring multidisciplinary teams.
In-depth knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, and luxury hospitality standards.
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences through authentic, personalized service.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision‐making skills.
