As a Product Owner for Digital Channels, you will lead the evolution of our web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and high-quality user experience.
Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the primary "voice of the customer" within the development team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work cross-functionally with UX/UI, Engineering, and Marketing to gather requirements and customer feedback while communicating clear priorities.
Create mockups and low-fidelity prototypes to assist with development and validate ideas before full-scale production.




Data-Driven Decisions:Analyze product metrics and KPIs to understand customer behavior and product performance, using these insights to drive future enhancements.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:* 3+ yearsof total experience in project or product management.
At least 2 yearsspecifically focused onDigital Channels(Web, Mobile Apps, E-commerce, or Self-Service Portals).
Strong experience working inScrum or Agileenvironments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and report on product health.
