We are looking for aCustomer Operations Representativeto join our Allison Off Highway (AOH) team.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders end-to-end and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the entire order lifecycle.This is a highly collaborative and operations-focused position, adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys solving complex customer and logistics challenges.What You'll DoManage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timelinessRespond to customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, and order statusProactively follow up on open orders and resolve issues such as delays or discrepanciesCoordinate withSupply Chain ,Logistics ,Distribution Centers ,Engineering , andSalesto meet customer needsHandle shipment tracking, logistics coordination,



and delivery-related concernsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updatesSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencyWhat We're Looking For1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or aftermarket operationsExperience working in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or similar environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesFluent communication skills in Spanish and EnglishExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), CRM tools, and Microsoft OfficeA proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skillsBe part of a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvementGain exposure to cross‐functional operations and complex supply chainsOpportunity to grow both vertically (team leadership) and horizontally (supply chain, materials, account management)Work with global customers in a dynamic aftermarket and industrial environmentCareer ProgressionCustomer Service Lead / SupervisorrolesSupply Chain, Materials Planning, or Account Managementfunctions
