Job Description
Responsibility: This person will becreating offline robot programs for download in a robotic production process.
Coordinate with Regional Paint Engineer study, conduct the trial, evaluate based on safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
Supporting Paint DE group todevelop reach studies and cycle time analysis for sealer, UBC, anddampening coat robot processes.
OrSupporting Paint DE group to develop reach studiesandcycle time analysis for primer, base, clear and interior robot processes.
This includes leading all meetings with related groups, document creation, and supporting the plants in the process.
Position will include travel to US, Mexico and Canada to support projects.
Position will report to the Digital Engineering Manager.
Must be able to work with minimal direction and previous experience is a must.
Requirements:
2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience Or 4 years technical degree or equivalent work experience
Experience withautomated robotic paint shop applications
Experience withDigital Engineering
