This position requires onsite attendance three days per week at our office located in Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Position Summary
CoreX is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented FP&A; Analyst to join our growing Finance team within a multinational technology organization. This role supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities across global operations.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that support strategic and operational decision-making in a fast-paced technology environment.
What you get to do in this role:
Support monthly closing, forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
Analyze financial performance, operating expenses, SaaS/business KPIs, and variances versus forecast.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership teams.
Assist in revenue, headcount, and cost analysis across departments and regions.
Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools.
Collaborate with teams such as Operations, HR, Sales, Product, and Accounting.
Support automation and process improvement initiatives within FP&A; reporting.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reporting outputs.
Required experience and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration,



or related field.
2–4 years of experience in FP&A;, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, or other analytical roles.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and expand team capacity.
Advanced English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in technology or multinational companies.
Experience supporting enterprise clients in a delivery or services environment.
Familiarity with NetSuite/PSA systems.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Basic financial modeling and forecasting experience.
