Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities
Team Training & Development
Train and onboard newly hired Case Managers.
Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and development for existing team members.
Reinforce best practices, firm procedures, and quality standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert for case management processes and workflows.
Quality Assurance & Case Auditing
Conduct routine audits of active case files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
Review individual cases and team performance to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to firm policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Escalate issues and provide recommendations for corrective action when necessary.
Performance Monitoring & Operational Support
Review KPI reports, scorecards, and operational metrics to monitor team performance.
Identify overdue tasks, bottlenecks, and workflow issues.
Hold team members accountable for meeting productivity and quality expectations.
Assist leadership in implementing performance improvement initiatives.
Workload Management
Help coordinate staffing and workload distribution across case management pods.
Assign floaters and support resources to teams experiencing increased workloads.
Ensure proper case coverage and operational efficiency across the department.
Process Improvement
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.
Assist with maintaining and updating shared resources, including provider directories and internal databases.
Support special projects and operational initiatives aimed at improving team performance and client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of Personal Injury Case Management experience
.
Strong understanding of pre-litigation personal injury case handling.
Experience managing a high-volume caseload and coordinating multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review reports, metrics, and performance data.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office applications.
