As part of the Governance & Experience organization, the Content and Creator Governance team safeguards the health and integrity of our e-commerce ecosystem. We focus on shaping policies, designing scalable programs, and building risk mitigation frameworks that ensure creators across our fast-growing LATAM region can thrive responsibly while delivering trusted experiences for users. As a Governance Program Manager, you'll work at the intersection of policy, product, and operations to support the growth of a safe and vibrant e-commerce creator ecosystem in LATAM. You'll gain first‐hand exposure to real‐world policy design, cross‐functional execution, and large‐scale risk management. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‐term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‐world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‐the‐job learning in a fast‐paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Responsibilities
Support the design and rollout of content and creator policies and programs based on data insights and operational needs




Assist in analyzing ecosystem risks and trends, building measurement mechanisms and mitigation signals to support platform integrity
Collaborate with country teams to localize and implement general go‐to‐market strategies for new policies or workflows
Coordinate cross‐functional project plans and help drive execution across engineering, moderation, product, and operations teams
Participate in defining success metrics and building dashboards to monitor ecosystem health and policy compliance
Help manage escalations, communication, and reporting related to creator governance issues
Qualifications
