Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Supply Chain Manager (Automotive) located in Guadalajara South, Mexico. Reporting to the Director, Materials, the Senior Supply Chain Manager's role involves:
Participate in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
Reviews materials related data analyses.
Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives.
Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
Advanced English.
Bachelor's Degree.
Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial competitiveness.




Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.
