What You'll Do:
Engage with leads and convert them into loyal clients
Provide responsive, friendly customer support via email, phone, and chat
Maintain CRM records and track interactions (Zoho experience is a plus!)
Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction
Troubleshoot basic client concerns and escalate when needed
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales and customer service
No accent English.
Fluent and Conversational
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook required)
Familiarity withZoho CRMor willingness to learn
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection
