Identity and Access Management (IAM) program encompasses the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of IAM services across the global enterprise.
We are currently searching for an IAM Engineer, who is a subject matter expert with IAM solutions, such as Identity Providers and Directory Services.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport project efforts through building modernized IAM capabilities utilizing standardized frameworks to foster sustainability and growthBuild and implement IAM controls which leverage best practices and establish a solid scalable foundationImplement technology workflows and rules to maintain accuracy of data to managed systemsSupport on‐going operational enhancements and bug fixesCollaborate closely with authoritative sources and application teams to onboard applications for event‐based and request‐based authentication eventsCollaborate closely with fellow IAM team, as well as key cybersecurity and application teams to support Active Directory hardening, SSO enablement, Multifactor Authentication policies, directory security requirements, and end‐to‐end identity securityQualifications4+ years of hands‐on project experience, including technical design, implementation, maintenance, and maturation of enterprise IAM technologies2+ years of deep technical experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and/or ADFS solutionsHands‐on experience managing directory services (GPOs, Domain Controllers, and Organizational Units), integrating applications with SSO (SAML, OIDC, and M2 M), and establishing authentication frameworksExperience with Power Shell, JSON, Java Script/Bean Shell, XML, and/or SQL scripting a plusFunctional knowledge of IAM login flows, user context scenarios, and building access models is optimalKnowledge of IAM certification/attestation practicesCollaborative team player, who will work closely with IAM and other teamsExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills with an ability to express technical concepts in business termsGreat technical and system documentation skillsGood English speaking, reading, and writing skills are preferredAdditional Information
