Must Have Skills:Service Now Scripting, SAM (Software Asset Management) and HAM (Hardware Asset Management) modules expertiseQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required); Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plusExperience5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in Service Now development2+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now Software Asset Management (SAM) moduleExperience with asset management processes, CMDB data modeling, and integrations with discovery toolsPrevious experience in software license compliance, optimization,
