This is a fully back‐office role focused on providing onboarding and administrative support to clinical teams and vendors, ensuring efficient setup, coordination, and tracking of onboarding workflows for BCBAs and other team members.2+ years of experience in medical or clinical administration, preferably in an ABA, autism therapy, or behavioral health settingStrong familiarity with onboarding workflows, credentialing, or payer documentation processesExcellent written communication skills for clear, professional email correspondenceProven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks concurrently and independentlyExperience with systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, EHR platforms (e.g., Central Reach, Simple Practice),
or CRM toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive healthcare informationKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the onboarding of new BCBAs and clinical staff by completing documentation and setting up required accountsManage communication with vendors and partners via email to facilitate onboarding processesFollow up on incomplete tasks and ensure timelines are met for onboarding stepsMaintain internal trackers and spreadsheets to monitor onboarding progressSubmit and manage credentialing or payer‐related documentation as neededFile, store, and retrieve digital copies of signed agreements, intake forms, and therapy‐specific documentsEnsure compliance with HIPAA and clinic‐specific data management protocolsProvide regular progress updates and report issues to the onboarding or operations lead
