You will own end-to-end design, packaging, validation, and production release, acting as the technical authority for bracket families.
You will collaborate with suppliers and plants to ensure on-time delivery, manage ECNs, and drive VA/VE to minimize weight and cost while ensuring vibration and fatigue performance.
