Ignite PPCis a US-based niche marketing agency that helps real estate investors generate motivated seller leads through Google Ads.
We're looking for aGoogle Ads Account Managerwho can own client performance end-to-end — managing campaigns, leading client strategy, and helping clients turn ad spend into real business growth.
This is not a basic media buyer role.
You'll be responsible for bothGoogle Ads executionandclient-facing growth strategy.
What You'll Do
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, and You Tube when applicable
Own approximately 15 client accounts
Lead bi-weekly client calls with clear strategy, insights, and recommendations
Analyze performance across traffic, leads, appointments, and revenue
Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and recommend solutions
Build and execute scalable lead generation strategies
Communicate proactively with clients and internal team members
Take ownership of client results, account performance, and long-term growth
What We're Looking For
2–6+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns
Strong understanding of paid search, funnels,



and performance marketing
Ability to analyze data and make smart optimization decisions
Comfortable speaking with clients and leading strategy conversations
Proactive, accountable, and performance-driven
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
