J ob Summary
We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Engineering Manager to lead the development and delivery of scalable, distributed systems on AWS.
This is ahands-on leadership rolerequiring both deep technical expertise and strong delivery ownership.
The idóneo candidate will bringproven experience in cloud-native development ,12-Factor App principles , andevent-driven architecture , along with a demonstrated ability to lead small engineering teams, manage agile delivery, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Cloud-Native Architecture
Own the end-to-end deliveryof back-end services, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables
Lead and mentor a small, focused team of back-end engineers , supporting them in design, coding, testing, and deployment activities
Act as theScrum Lead , managing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to ensure delivery velocity and alignment with priorities
Lead the design and build-out of12-Factor cloud-native applicationsfollowing principles of portability, scalability, and continuous deployment
Architect and implement end-to-end distributed systems usingC#/.
NETand AWS-native services.
Familiarity with the latest versions ofAngularwill be a plus.
Design and orchestrateevent-driven architecturesusingAWS Event Bridge ,Step Functions ,Lambda ,SNS , andSQS
Championstateless processes ,configuration management , andbacking servicespatterns for cloud-native deployment




Implementmicroservices architectureswith proper service boundaries and asynchronous communication patterns
Drive architectural decisions aligned withAWS Well-Architected Frameworkpillars: operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainability
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
Observability & Performance ExcellenceDesign comprehensivetelemetry strategiesusing Open Telemetry, Cloud Watch, and X-Ray for proactive monitoring
Implementcontinuous improvementpractices based on operational metrics and business outcomes
Required QualificationsTechnical Expertise (Must-Have)
8+ yearssoftware development experience with3+ yearsin technical leadership roles
2+ years as an Engineering Manager with delivery and people management experience
Expert-level mastery of12-Factor App methodologywith production implementation
Deep AWS expertise : Event Bridge, Step Functions, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Dynamo DB, RDS Aurora, andWell-Architected Frameworkapplication
Advanced proficiencyinC#/.
NET , Type Script, and RESTful API development
Proficiency inAngular (v10+) , Type Script, HTML5, and CSS3
Dev Sec Ops implementationexperience including container security
Proficient with database technologies, including bothSQL and No SQLdatabases.
Solid understanding of the complete software development life cycle (SDLC), Git, CI/CD, and Dev Ops practices
Microservices and event-driven architecturedesign and implementation in production environments




Leadership & Communication Skills (Must-Have)Team leadershipexperience with inclusive management practices
Cross-functional collaboration with Product, UX, and business stakeholders
Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities
Preferred QualificationsMulti-cloud experience : Azure, Google Cloud for strategic flexibility
Advanced architectural patterns : Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Event Sourcing
Container orchestration : Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, and cloud-native deployment strategies
