As we continue expanding in Mexico, we are looking for a DND Manager (Channel) to strengthen and grow our dealer network nationwide.About the Role
The DND Manager (Channel) will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing dealer partners across Mexico.
This role plays a key strategic function in expanding geographic coverage, improving dealer performance, and ensuring alignment with Changan's commercial standards and long‐term growth vision.
This is a tactical leadership role with strong field exposure and cross‐functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Service).
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate potential dealer candidates.Lead dealer negotiations and onboarding processes.Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews.Act as the primary liaison between dealers and internal departments.Monitor dealer KPIs, profitability,



and operational standards.Coordinate dealer training programs and performance improvement plans.Analyze local market trends and competitor performance.KPIs (First 3–6 Months)Number of new dealers addedGeographic coverage growthCRM/DMS usage and operational adoptionQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in automotive industry, dealer network development, or channel managementAdvanced English (professional communication required)Required Skills
