What You'll DoArchitect scalable systemsDesign and implement high-performance backend infrastructure using Python, Go, Rust, and Web Assembly
Build cloud-native solutionsLeverage AWS services including Amplify, Light Sail, and Fargate to create robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure
Manage data architectureWork across diverse database technologies including Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, and vector databases
Drive product impactCollaborate directly with the founding engineering team to ship high-impact features that delight users
Shape the visionContribute to product strategy and technical direction as an early team member with substantial influence
What We're Looking ForStrong proficiency in backend development with Python, Go, or Rust
Experience building and deploying systems on AWS infrastructure
Solid understanding of both relational (Postgre SQL) and No SQL (Mongo DB) databases
Passion for writing clean, maintainable,
and well-tested code
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
Excellent problem-solving skills and technical communication
Enthusiasm for tackling complex problems in the legal tech space
Bonus PointsExperience with Web Assembly
Familiarity with vector databases
Previous startup or early-stage company experience
Interest in legal technology or regulatory compliance
Track record of shipping products from zero to one
