Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant Sr Lead to join the Treasury & Risk – Risk Practice. The consultant will lead client engagements, facilitate requirements and solution design sessions, support product configuration and implementation, and provide training and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery.
- Conduct requirements gathering, workshops, and solution design sessions.
- Configure and implement software solutions based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders throughout implementation.
- Deliver end-user training and post-go-live support.
- Translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.
- Support implementation of Treasury, Risk, and Banking products.

Required Domain Knowledge





Strong experience in one or more of the following:

- Asset & Liability Management (ALM)
- Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)
- Liquidity Risk Management
- IFRS 9 / Expected Credit Loss (ECL)
- Treasury & Risk management solutions
- Banking product implementation

Preferred Product / Vendor Experience

Experience implementing ALM, Treasury, or Risk platforms such as:

- Oracle Applications / Oracle Financial Services
- Workiva
- Murex
- Fusion Risk / Finastra
- Fusion Kondor
- Calypso
- Ambit Focus / Balance Sheet Management
- Other comparable Treasury, Risk, or ALM solutions from vendors such as Oracle, Moody’s, or Finastra
