Your Role in VT Markets

As an Account Manager (Forex) based in Mexico, you will be part of our specialized client-facing department focused on delivering exceptional client activation, retention, and support to high-value client segments. You will play a key role in building long-term relationships, guiding clients throughout their trading journey, and ensuring satisfaction through a proactive, value-driven approach.

This is an onsite role based in Mexico, where you will work closely with regional management, client relations, and business development teams to achieve defined KPIs and contribute to VT Markets’ growth.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for Company’s products/services.
- Educate clients on Company’ platforms and websites, proactively offering new tools and features to clients.
- Participate in related industry & partners events and this will take in the form of expos,



conventions, training and seminar sessions.
- Assist the clients to get the trading strategy advice from the strategic market analyst.
- Stay informed on the regulatory changes and trading news to keep the clients updated on the market conditions.
- Engage with the client following the sales process and practices defined for that opportunity.
- Provide top-notch customer service to high value client segments via inbound chats, cases and outbound calls, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing proactive support and identifying opportunities to keep our most profitable segments satisfied and engaged.
- Monitor open cases, customer accounts and proactively identify potential issues, working with other departments to resolve them quickly and effectively.

- Achievement of monthly and quarterly KPIs related to client activation, engagement, and retention.
- High client satisfaction scores and strong relationship retention across your assigned portfolio.
- Growth in active trading accounts and portfolio volume.
- Consistent demonstration of professionalism, responsiveness, and client-first approach.

What Makes You a Great Fit





Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within Forex, CFD, fintech, or crypto industries.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and account growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, finance, or related field.

Technical & Functional Skills:

- Strong understanding of Forex and CFD trading platforms (MT4/MT5).
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements

- Onsite position based in Mexico.
- Willingness to work closely with local and regional teams.
- Occasional travel for business events, seminars, and client meetings.
