Project Financial Analyst

Queretaro, Mexico.

As an Analyst, Engagement Financial Advisor (EFA), you will assist project leadership in managing revenue and margins by emphasizing cost of delivery that affects overall engagement profitability.

Work you’ll do

- Maintain compliance with clients' policies, perform internal financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and cost variance analysis, and help manage projects' billing and receivables process.
- Monitor project performance and determine improvement areas by developing key performance indicators and frequently communicate with the project team, finance department, and other project stakeholders to keep projects on track and within the scope of cost.
- Team and collaborate with other EFAs across the practice, including our practitioners in USA.

Qualifications

Required:

- Completion of course of study/Egresado in any pertinent field or industry in any pertinent field or industry.
- Advanced English level.
- Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel and Power Point skills
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting and finance principles
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team




- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to "think outside the box" while identifying problems and developing creative solutions
- Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the Queretaro Office

Preferred

- Experience working in a financial analysis role
- Experience with MS Access and MS Project applications
- Post Graduate degree
