Bachelor's degree/Degree in: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Electronic Engineering •Bilingual

- 5 years of experience in position is required
- Experience in manufacturing and metalworks processes
- Experience in HVAC processes is highly desirable
- Leads and track the development of projects from its definition, conceptualization, detail, engineering, cost evaluation, justification, construction, implementation, training and closure, always giving a professional service of turnkey projects to the costumer department.
- Purchase & Supervises the mechanical or electrical design/construction of machinery, equipment, tool & die.
- Justifies and executes capital investments
- Essential experience in the transfer and implementation of production lines, including the installation, commissioning, and validation of industrial machinery and equipment within manufacturing environments.
- Management of AutoCAD, inventor, Solid Works, visual studio and programming Software Allen Bradley. Microsoft project (preferred)
- Experience leading team works and direct reports.
- Lead manufacturing changes related to new product introductions and engineering changes
