Role Description

The Inventory Control & ERP Analyst is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Tijuana, BCN. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records across all branches, reconciling stock levels, and analyzing variances.
The analyst will configure, update, and optimize ERP system modules related to inventory, purchasing, production, and distribution, ensuring data integrity and timely information for decision‑making. Day‑to‑day tasks include generating and reviewing inventory and performance reports, tracking key metrics, supporting budget and cost analysis, and collaborating with operations, finance, and logistics teams to improve processes.

The role also involves documenting workflows,



training colleagues on ERP and inventory procedures, and implementing controls to reduce waste, stock‑outs, and discrepancies.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, trend analysis, and inventory variance resolution.

Planning skills to support inventory forecasting, production schedules, and delivery route coordination.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with operations, finance, and branch teams and to document processes clearly.

Ability to work with key performance indicators, define relevant metrics, and track progress against operational goals.

Basic to intermediate finance skills to understand cost structures, budgeting, and profitability impacts of inventory decisions.

Experience with ERP systems (implementation, configuration, or maintenance) and strong proficiency in Excel or similar tools.

Background in supply chain, operations, or inventory control in manufacturing, food production, or distribution environments preferred.

Attention to detail, reliability in on‑site work, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.

Relevant technical or university degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
