This leadership role is idóneo for professionals passionate about driving innovation, mentoring teams, and delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic financial environment.Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.- Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.- Ensure compliance with HSBC’s security and quality standards.- Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and agile methodologies.✅ Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 7+ years of experience in Java development,
