Ejecutivo de Cuentas por Cobrar (Accounts Receivable Specialist) – Hybrid | Cancún, MexicoAbout the RoleWe are partnering with a leading global travel technology business to recruit an Accounts Receivable Executive to join their finance team in Cancún.This is a hybrid position offering the opportunity to work within a collaborative, international environment while supporting the company's accounts receivable and collections activities.Key Responsibilities- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.- Follow up on outstanding invoices and perform collection activities.- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.- Allocate incoming payments and maintain accurate financial records.- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve billing queries.- Monitor ageing reports and proactively reduce overdue balances.- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.Requirements- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or a similar finance role.- Strong understanding of invoicing, payment allocation, reconciliations, and collections processes.- Excellent organisational and communication skills.- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.- English communication skills are highly desirable.What's on Offer- Hybrid working model based in Cancún.- Opportunity to join a global, market-leading organisation.- Collaborative and supportive international team.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Long-term career development opportunities.If you have experience in Accounts Receivable and are looking to join a dynamic integral business, we'd love to hear from you.
