Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain fixed assets and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX).- Oversee asset capitalization, depreciation, amortization, and reconciliations.- Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and monthly closing activities.- Control and invoice customer-owned tooling while ensuring accurate financial records.- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and tax regulations.- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial documentation.- Analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy.- Partner with cross-functional teams to support project capitalization and financial reporting.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accounting processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.- 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience is desirable.- Experience with PLEX system is desirable.- Intermediate business level English.- Must have a strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools.- Excellent organizational skills and able to manage priorities.- Multi-task oriented and very responsible and organized.
