In your day-to-day work, you will build and maintain dashboards, reports, and commercial trackers to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement in coverage, productivity, frequency, conversion, and commercial efficiency. You will also support commercial operations by tracking relationships with distributors, banks, insurers, hospitals, and other institutional stakeholders, ensuring that information, commitments, and next steps are clear and up to date. You will work closely with the Commercial, Finance, and Launch Excellence teams to standardize KPIs, prepare materials for internal reviews, organize key information, and contribute to a disciplined, agile, and well-documented commercial operation.This role is adecuado for someone in the early stages of their career who wants to learn how the commercial engine of a growing biopharmaceutical company works, combining data analysis,



operational coordination, and administrative support.This is a full-time position.Requirements• Strong analytical skills to work with commercial data, interpret trends, identify deviations, and generate actionable insights.• Commercial skills to understand sales operations, performance indicators, commercial productivity, and relationships with stakeholders such as distributors, hospitals, banks, and insurers.• Organizational skills to keep dashboards, reports, trackers, repositories, and commercial documentation up to date and well structured.• Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, follow up on commitments, and present information clearly and in an organized manner.• High attention to detail and a low margin of error when handling data, reports, and follow-up materials.• Proactivity to identify risks, opportunities, blockers, and improvements without waiting to be asked.• University degree in Business Administration, Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Health Sciences, or related fields.• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in internships, analytical, commercial, administrative roles, or related projects.• Solid command of Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Veeva, SAP, and Notion is desirable.• Advanced English level for reading and writing; bilingual Spanish-English profile is desirable.• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate data cleaning, analysis, and report preparation, with human judgment and care for confidential information.• Ability to work in a dynamic, hybrid, high-growth environment with autonomy, organization, and a results-oriented mindset.
