Key Responsibilities:

- Increase Sales: Achieve district sales targets, grow market share, and drive vehicle sales.
- Maximize Profitability: Ensure sales are conducted profitably while maintaining appropriate profit margins.
- Supervise and Develop Dealerships: Support and train dealers to adopt best practices, improve sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Oversee the customer experience from sales to after-sales service to build loyalty and strengthen the brand’s reputation.
- Monitor Performance: Track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives.
