Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Sales Executive, based in Guadalajara , with opportunities to work from home part-time. The role involves managing strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, conducting market analysis, creating impactful presentations,
and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and work to meet both customer needs and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Key Account Management, and Business Development
- Experience in Negotiations, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Retention
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Sales Forecasting
- Ability to work proficiently both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required
- Willingness to occasionally travel for client and business meetings
