The role

No cold prospecting. No list building.

You'll work thousands of leads and prospects who already raised a hand and then stalled:

- People who filled out a form and never booked a call
- People who took a call and never got a proposal
- People who got a proposal and never signed

Plus job-change signals - a past contact lands a new marketing role, and you run the play that week while the window is open.

Every one of these people knows who we are. Many told us what they wanted, took a quote, and went quiet. Nobody has systematically worked them. That's the job, and it's the largest untapped source of revenue we have.

Your number: 5 booked discovery calls per week.

Why this isn't a normal outbound job

- Every contact already engaged with us. You inherit the history — what they wanted, what we quoted, where it stalled. The reason to call writes itself.
- The list is finite. You can't burn through it and buy more. Every message has to land, which means personalization is the work, not a step you skip at volume.
- You'll help rebuild the system, then run it. We're doing pieces of this today, spread across people whose main job is something else. Nobody owns it. You will.

What you'll own

- Assess what we're doing now — conversion rates by bucket, sequence quality, data health — and tell us what to fix




- Build and run the sequences in Hub Spot — email, Linked In, phone — with our senior team reviewing weekly
- Book discovery calls onto our Executive Producers' and AE's calendars, with enough context that they walk in warm
- Act on job-change and buying signals within days, not weeks
- Follow through on referrals and review requests after projects wrap
- Keep Hub Spot clean — every touch logged, every account status current
- Bring what you're learning to a weekly review: what's converting, what isn't, what you'd change

What you won't do

- Sell, negotiate, or close — our Executive Producers and AE take every meeting you book
- Own client relationships — our senior producers keep their own accounts
- Cold prospect or build lists from scratch

You're a fit if you have

- 3+ years in an SDR, BDR, ADR, or appointment-setting seat with a booked-meetings quota you can prove. Win-back, reactivation, renewals, closed-lost re-engagement, or customer-marketing experience is a strong plus
- Built sequences yourself — steps, channels, delays — not just worked ones someone else loaded
- Excellent written English. You'll write to US marketing directors every day, referencing real history. This is the single biggest thing we screen for
- Discipline at volume, with care. High daily activity against a list that has to last
- Hub Spot or similar — sequences, tasks, logging
- 4+ hours of daily overlap with US Pacific, reliably
- A verifiable record. We check references on the numbers you give us, every time

What success looks like

- Month 1: ramped, assessed the current state, first sequences live, first calls booked
- Month 2: 3+ booked calls/week, sustained
- Month 3: 5/week — pipeline is predictable because of you

Comp + structure

- $3,000–4,000/mo USD base, depending on experience, plus a bonus per held meeting
- Full-time independent contractor, paid through Deel
- 30-day paid trial with written pass criteria — you'll know the bar on day one
- This is our first seat dedicated to this channel. If it proves out, it grows, and you'd lead that
