Flex is seeking a Finance Controller to lead the accounting function for a Guadalajara site as part of Spin Co’s setup. The role reports to the Director, Finance, and will drive accuracy, governance, and strategic financial leadership for the site.
The position focuses on optimizing profitability, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with US GAAP and local regulations, while building a high-performing finance team.
