Role OverviewAs an Associate IT Support Analyst at MKS, you will partner with various IT infrastructure teams to support our global end user base. You will report to IT Associate Manager Field Service LATAM. You will provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly, and diagnose and troubleshoot system and application problems, ensuring minimal downtime.What You Will DoYour main day-to-day responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, peripherals, and software applications, documenting and tracking support requests using a ticketing system, and assisting in the setup and support of IT equipment for meetings, presentations, and conferences.Why It Might Be a FitTo be a fit for this role, you will need excellent customer service and communication skills, experience supporting computers, mobile devices, printers, and their connected peripherals, and experience with Autopilot provisioning, Intune, Azure, Company Portal, and Software Center.
