We focus on shaping policies, designing scalable programs, and building risk mitigation frameworks that ensure creators across our fast-growing LATAM region can thrive responsibly while delivering trusted experiences for users. As a Governance Program Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of policy, product, and operations to support the growth of a safe and vibrant e-commerce creator ecosystem in LATAM. You’ll gain first‑hand exposure to real‑world policy design, cross‑functional execution, and large‑scale risk management. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience.
