Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Physical Location: Oficina Ciudad de Mexico

Job Mission

To establish commercial alliances with active clients to develop and maintain new business, strengthening long-term commercial relationships.

Responsibilities or Job Functions

Support internal sales development through the following functions:

1. Establish and report a monthly work plan in CRM based on analysis of priority traffic within the portfolio to achieve specific export and import budgets per trade lane (targets).
2. Achieve a weekly telephone agenda focused on objectives outlined in the work plan.
3. Conduct daily sales via phone calls to active clients to maintain average cargo volume within assigned portfolio.
4. Quote port-to-port services using electronic tools designated by the company (E2C).
5. Advise clients on the proper use of tariff schedules.
6. Monitor and supervise assigned volumes for specific business (NACS-RFQ-SLA, exceptions, and credit clients), ensuring compliance with cargo volume commitments.
7. Analyze client needs regarding market tariffs for monthly review with outside sales for exceptions and special tariff submissions in WNS.
8. Promote developing traffic and position new routes with active clients as determined by management through electronic means (email and phone).
9. Analyze and identify new business opportunities with active clients through telephone prospecting.
10.



Negotiate commercial agreements with clients to secure participation in new cargo assignment businesses (traffic).
11. Identify and submit Sales Leads to Ecu offices for route development dependent on third parties for Free Hand / RO cargo participation.
12. Provide commercial, operational, or administrative advice and support to clients for timely resolution of various issues.
13. Actively participate in various commercial campaigns and activities.
14. Collaborate as a team member and maintain close communication with outside sales and all necessary areas for portfolio maintenance, development, and determination of commercial strategies.
15. Monthly reporting of detailed commercial successes to qualify for monthly sales bonus.

Requirements for this role.

- 2 to 3 years of transportation industry experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English is a must)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general industry documentation/communications.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
