Role Description The E-commerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Polanco, CMX. This position is responsible for managing online sales channels, including marketplace and DTC platforms, to drive revenue growth and optimize customer experience. Daily activities include overseeing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility; coordinating with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns; and analyzing performance metrics to improve conversion rates and customer retention. The role also involves managing relationships with key platform partners, monitoring competitor activity, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. The E-commerce Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with operations,



customer service, and finance to support smooth order fulfillment and accurate reporting. Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce expertise, including managing online marketplaces, DTC sites, and digital merchandising. Candidates should possess Marketing skills, such as campaign planning, performance tracking, and collaboration on digital marketing initiatives. Candidates should possess Sales capabilities, including revenue optimization, promotion planning, and understanding of online sales funnels. Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make decisions based on KPIs and performance metrics. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or major marketplaces), web analytics tools, and basic SEO/SEM is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced consumer electronics environment is an advantage.
