Business Development Manager – Mexico Are you a market research or consumer insights sales professional who knows the Mexican market and has a proven track record of winning new business? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Mexico to join NextMinder , an AI-powered market simulation company transforming how consumer-facing businesses test pricing, product launches, positioning, and other commercial decisions. This is a high-impact, first commercial hire in Mexico , working directly with the CEO and helping shape the company’s go-to-market strategy. Build and execute NextMinder’s commercial strategy for Mexico • Drive new business acquisition and build a qualified pipeline • Re-engage former market research and consulting clients • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature • Build relationships with senior leaders across Consumer Insights, Marketing, Strategy, Innovation,



and Category Management • 5–10 years of consultative sales / business development experience ✔️ Market research or consumer insights industry experience ✔️ Established network of enterprise decision-makers in Mexico ✔️ Experience selling to C-suite and senior stakeholders ✔️ Fluent Spanish + advanced professional English ✔️ Comfortable operating autonomously as the first dedicated commercial hire in Mexico ⭐ Experience selling SaaS, AI, analytics, data platforms, or technology-enabled research solutions is a major plus.
