This leadership role is adecuado for professionals passionate about driving innovation, mentoring teams, and delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic financial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Java developers.Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.Ensure compliance with HSBC's security and quality standards.Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and agile methodologies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.7+ years of experience in Java development,
