Our team builds high-performing websites and digital platforms for enterprise clients. As a remote team member, you'll collaborate with UX/UI designers and other developers on a special SaaS project focused on productivity, helping us build a reliable, scalable, and intuitive digital product.

Position Overview

As a Full Stack Developer at Enova , you'll help develop and improve a productivity-focused SaaS platform using Angular, Django, and PostgreSQL .

You'll work across the front end and back end to develop features, solve technical problems, review existing functionality, and continuously improve the product as it evolves.

Claude is part of our development workflow and is used as a tool to support coding, problem-solving, and development. However, we expect developers to understand the code they work with and be able to explain, evaluate, and take ownership of their technical and structural decisions , regardless of whether AI assisted in producing them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain SaaS features using Angular, Django, and PostgreSQL
- Work across both front-end and back-end development
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to turn Figma designs into working features
- Review, debug, and improve existing code
- Use Claude as a development tool while understanding and owning the code you deliver
- Build and maintain APIs and third-party integrations
- Help keep the platform scalable, reliable, and easy to maintain




- Test your work and ensure it meets quality and performance standards
- Explain technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical teammates

Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in full stack development
- Professional experience with Angular and/or Django
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development fundamentals
- Experience working with databases and a solid understanding of how applications interact with data
- Ability to read, understand, debug, and improve existing code
- Ability to explain the reasoning behind technical and structural decisions
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools without depending on them to make technical decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate issues independently
- Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and concepts quickly
- Strong communication skills in English
- Comfortable working independently within a remote, collaborative team
