Your Mission
To guarantee the legal security of commercial operations and regulatory compliance, acting as a strategic partner to the Business, Product, and Technology teams.
What You Will Do
Contract Management:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with key clients, strategic allies, and technology providers.
New Business Support:
Accompany the launch of new products and business models from a legal and regulatory perspective.
Compliance & Governance:




Participate in the creation of internal policies and support the Compliance area in audits and regulatory reviews (KYC, AML, among others).
What We Are Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL. B. / Licenciatura) is mandatory.
Experience:
+3 years of professional experience in Corporate, Contractual, or Financial Law.
Background:
Previous experience in Fintechs, Financial Institutions, or Law Firms serving clients in the regulated sector is required.
Soft Skills:
Ability to translate complex legal concepts for business and technology teams. A decisive, organized professional with business acumen.
