We are seeking an experienced CNC Milling / CNC Turn mill Programmer to develop offline Solid CAM, Master CAM programs for complex, high-precision medical device components. You will turn 3 D models and GD&T; drawings into optimized machining strategies on Doosan, Mori Seiki, Nakamura CNC centers using Solid Cam and or Mastercam
Requirements
Offline programming of multi-axis milling operations using Solid CAM / Master CAM (Mandatory)
Tool selection, operation sequencing, and cycle-time optimization
Full machine simulation and collision checking
Support first-article runs and create setup sheets, tooling lists, and operator instructions
Develop tooling strategies for roughing, semi-finishing, and finishing
Apply GD&T; principles to ensure tolerance compliance
Perform full simulation, collision checking, and optimization
Prepare setup sheets, tooling lists, and operator instructions
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.
Experience
Proven experience programming multi-axis CNC milling machines offline using Solid CAM / Maste CAM (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of GD&T;, datums, and tolerance stack-ups
Experience machining high-precision components
Ability to translate design intent into efficient, manufacturable processes.
Experience in medical device or regulated industries
Knowledge of in-process probing and first-article inspection
Familiarity with Doosan, Mori Seiki, Grob, Nakamura CNC Centers
Experience with Fanuc and siemens controllers.
