Perform design, calculation and review of technical information for the manufacture of electrical transformers, in accordance with standards, international procedures (ANSI, ASME, CFE, DIN, ISO, IEEE, CSA, ASTM), internally established quality policies (TDR), and customer specifications, meeting the needs of customers and STM, with respect for the environment and adherence to safe work practices and prevention of illicit activities. Responsibilities
Design, calculate and review technical information for the manufacture of electrical transformers. Ensure compliance with standards and customer specifications. Document and review technical drawings and bills of materials. Maintain safety, environmental, and quality standards. Communicate technical information clearly and accurately. Support high-performance teamwork and deliver results on schedule. Qualifications
Education in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electromechanical Engineering. 0–2 years of experience in product design engineering. Strong knowledge of mechanical concepts (strength of materials and deformation). Proficiency in CAD tools - CREO (preferred), Auto CAD, Solid Works, Inventor. Solid understanding of technical drafting, orthographic projections, dimensioning, locating features, and interpreting drawings. Experience with machining instructions, welding (AWS/ISO), surface finishes, corrosion protection systems,



and fabricating drawings. Knowledge of BOM management. Experience selecting commercial steel profiles suitable for structural applications. Knowledge and interpretation of Integrated Management System requirements (EHS, Quality). Professional working proficiency in English. Decision-making ability and adaptability to remote work and changing environments. Professional demeanor that builds client trust and comfort. Root‑cause analysis of nonconformities. Skills
