Responsibilities
Event Organization:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing internal corporate events, such as team-building activities, holiday celebrations, employee workshops, and monthly birthday parties.
Visual Design:
Design creative digital assets, including event posters, internal newsletters, social media banners for employer branding, and presentation decks.
Internal Communications:
Draft and distribute engaging internal announcements and cultural content (via email, internal platforms, or messaging groups) to boost employee engagement.
Multimedia Content:
Assist in shooting and editing short videos or taking photos during company events for internal culture display or employer branding purposes.
HR Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR team for day-to-day operations, including onboarding preparation and culture-related logistics.
Requirements
Education:
University students or recent graduates in Graphic Design, Communications, Multimedia, Human Resources, or related fields.
Design Skills:
Proficient in design tools such as
Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator. Video editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere) are a strong plus.
Languages:
Spanish speaker with
fluent English
(both written and spoken).
Portfolio:
A basic portfolio demonstrating poster design, visual layouts, or creative projects is highly preferred.
