Role:
Manufacturing Engineer
Overview:
This role focuses on managing quotations for new products and engineering changes, equipment expenses, and driving profitability and continuous improvement across the product life cycle. Mechanical, electro-mechanical, chemical engineers or others with strong analytical abilities are welcome.
Responsibilities
Participate during the process of new projects, engineering changes or improvements needed.
Responsible to update and maintain equipment KPI’s.
Strong knowledge in line capacity analysis and communication with customer & sales department.




Support other departments developing a solid process and data to support process improvement through the organization.
Keep projects on time and financially healthy, according to the milestones, with constant communication with corporate team.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Understanding of broad range of industrial engineering tools (i.e., work measurement, simulation, process mapping, facilities and workstation design, operations research, etc.)
Able to develop process improvements using design of experiments.
Knowledge on plastics, extrusion and stamping process.
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Self managed and Self motivated to achieve results.
