**Inside Sales Representative (Remote - Mexico)**

We are a leading U.S.based construction company specializing in roofing, insulation, remodeling, and home additions.
With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our Inside Sales team with a position based in Mexico.
**The Opportunity**
This is _not_ a cold calling role.
We receive qualified leads from homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services.
Our field technicians conduct an in-person home inspection and provide a detailed written proposal.
Your job begins **after** the inspection: you will follow up with the homeowner to ensure they understand the proposal, answer any questions they may have, and guide them toward the next steps in moving forward.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow up on warm leads generated by our inspection team.
- Make outbound calls to homeowners who have already requested service and received a proposal.
- Clearly explain our services, pricing, and the scope of work.
- Review inspection proposals with the client and ensure they fully understand the recommendations.
- Answer any questions related to the estimate, timeline, or project scope.
- Document communication with each client and update CRM records.
- Support the client through the decision-making process to close the sale.




- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent English** (Professional level, spoken and written) - _Required_
- **Fluent Spanish** - _Required_
- Minimum 3 **years of sales experience in the U.S. market**:
- Prior experience in **construction, roofing, or insulation** is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills
- High level of organization and self-motivation
- Familiarity with home services or construction proposals is a plus
