El Supervisor de Inventarios será responsable de asegurar la exactitud, control y optimización del inventario en el CEDIS principal y en los extended storages, dentro de un entorno de retail de alta complejidad.
Administrará un inventario de más de 80,000 SKUs, implementando metodologías como clasificación ABC, conteos cíclicos e inventarios anuales, así como mejoras de procesos y acomodo de mercancía de acuerdo con su velocidad de venta, con el objetivo de garantizar disponibilidad, reducir mermas y soportar el nível de servicio al negocio.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Supervisar y controlar la exactitud del inventario en el CEDIS principal y en los extended storages.
- Administrar un inventario de
- MÁS DE 80,000 SKUS
, asegurando correcta identificación, ubicación y trazabilidad en sistemas.
- Diseñar, implementar y dar seguimiento a
- PROCESOS DE CLASIFICACIÓN ABC
, definiendo frecuencias de conteo y níveles de control.
- Ejecutar y coordinar
- CONTEOS CÍCLICOS
e
- INVENTARIOS FÍSICOS ANUALES
, asegurando el cumplimiento de calendario, estándares de calidad y targets establecidos.
- Analizar diferencias de inventario, identificar causas raíz y liderar planes de acción para su corrección y prevención.
- Implementar mejoras en el
- ACOMODO Y SLOTTING DE MERCANCÍA
de acuerdo con la velocidad de venta, rotación y características del producto.
- Asegurar la correcta conciliación de inventarios físicos vs. sistema (SAP/WMS).
- Generar reportes de indicadores fundamental (KPIs) de inventarios y presentar resultados a níveles gerenciales.
- Coordinar con las áreas de operaciones, logística inversa, planeación, transporte, finanzas y auditoría interna para asegurar integridad del inventario.
REQUISITOS- FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA
- Licenciatura en Logística, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Supply Chain o carrera afín (titulado).
EXPERIENCIA

- 4-5 AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA EN CONTROL DE INVENTARIOS

- Experiência comprobable en manejo de
