**Job Summary**:
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _**_Material Planning Analyst_**_ located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
_
- The Material Planning Analyst role involves managing and planning customer demand, data analysis to support multiple areas within the materials function to ensure on time and efficient deliveries._
**What a typical day looks like**:
- _ Track the materials team performance through diverse reports._
- _ Manage excess and obsolete analysis and implement corrective actions when required._
- _ Present "Bill Of Materials" analysis to the customer._
- _ Work closely to program management and materials management areas._
- _ Release the MRP execution to purchasing in a weekly basis._
- _ Analyze the demand from customers and based on materials availability, determine if the customer's demand can be built (availability and schedules).
_
- _Upload data at MRP system: following the guidelines provided by materials and program management considering customer's demand information._
- _ Work closely with purchasing team to improve material arrivals._
- _ Awareness and tracking of lead times._
- _ Analyze and authorize ECOs (engineering change orders)



to Product Engineering team._
- _ Inventory data projection._
- _ Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts._
- _ May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the research of data._
- _ Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics._
**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:
- _ Related Electronics manufacturing industry experience._
- _ Strong experience using Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and process tracking._
- _ Strong experience in materials such as: supply chain, purchasing, material planning, etc._
- _ BA/BS or equivalent degree._
- _ Strong data analysis knowledge._
- _ Strong MRP knowledge._
- _ Advanced English._
- _ Advanced Excel._
- _ Assertive communication skills to internal and external customer: verbal and written._
- _ Able to build strong relationships.

- _Strong Experience on efficient control._
- _ Strong organizational and time management skills._
- _ Experience with Databases such as Kinaxis._
