**Role Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and mínimal downtime
- Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians to achieve performance and safety goals
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance priorities with operational needs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers when needed
- Track maintenance metrics and prepare basic reports on performance and improvements




- Support the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new equipment
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environments, including 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance
- Advanced knowledge of control, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Proficient in maintenance management systems
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industrial best practices
- Advanced English proficiency
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, sensors)
- Familiar with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (Kaizen, TPM)
- Experience implementing and improving preventive maintenance programs
- Knowledge of root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA)
- Experience with CMMS/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
